Seraphinite is the trade name given to a group of silicate minerals called clinochlores, and the name was inspired by the feather or wing like chatoyancy within the gemstone, like the seraphim, a class of biblical angels. Seraphinite is characterized by deep green color with silver or white inclusions in feather like patterns. Beautiful patina copper and smooth black agate provide warm and cool contrast in this bold necklace. Clasp is a copper toggle that can shorten the length slightly.
