Jasper is a chalcedony (fine-grained quartz) with other materials which give
gemstones color and opacity, and leopardskin jasper is an outstanding example
of intense spotted color and pattern. The gemstone blocks in this 20" necklace are spaced with
dark crystals and peach lampwork glass, and the colors are like salmon
leaping past dark embankments on their way upstream to spawn. Sterling silver
