I created the love, hope, and joy necklaces together with the thought of them as a complementary jewelry "trifecta". However, each necklace stands on its own as well or better than in a group so each is offered separately.

The focal element of the Love necklace is the sterling silver slider and heart charm. A simple but beautiful hand-dyed silk ribbon in sweet rose is strung through the slider for an easy comfortable pendant necklace, perfect for a gift.

The Hope peridot necklace and Joy tourmaline necklace feature beautiful gemstones between hand-knotted silk thread for lovely necklaces with excellent drape.

Care & cleaning: Jewelry items using knotted silk thread between stones have superior drape but silk thread can deteriorate over time; store necklace flat when not in use to prevent stretching or stressing thread. Clean with warm soapy water and avoid chemical or abrasive cleaners. Use a soft jewelry polishing cloth to clean tarnish appearing on silver. The hand-dyed silk ribbon may be hand-washed separately (remove slider) with mild soap and hung to dry.

The bead components and silk thread are quite strong, but silk thread can be stretched with sustained hard pulls so it's recommended to keep these out of the reach of young hands. As with all beaded jewelry: do not let young toddlers chew on it.

The 36" silk ribbon length of the Love necklace enables the wearer to adjust the necklace length from short to long; it even can be wrapped and tied multiple times as a bracelet. When worn with the Hope and/or Joy necklaces, the Love necklace can be adjusted to fit among the necklaces for a colorful layered appeal.
