Dreams of heaven and earth combine with soft pastel and jewel bright color in this 18" faceted gemstone necklace. Dyed chalcedony
faceted teardrops in pale mint green form the top of the necklace, and dark ruby in fuchsite faceted teardrops
are the center. Chalcedony is a microcrystalline quartz often dyed for great color, and ruby in fuchsite
is red corundum (ruby) appearing in green fuchsite with blue kyanite. Unlike ruby in zoisite, it lacks the
presence of black hornblende matrix. Brushed silver beads separate the gemstones, and the necklace
fastens easily with an elegant sterling silver hook and eye clasp.
