The large, open structure and bright colors in these 3 1/2" gemstone drop earrings
make them a lively accessory. The golden circles are 1 1/2" tapered vermeil, lightweight
and graceful. In front of these are gemstone drops of dumortierite rounds and strawberry quartz
teardrops. Dumortierite can be mistaken for sodalite or lapis lazuli, but this cobalt blue
gemstone is structured differently and with different chemical composition (blue color from
titanium instead of sodium calcium). Strawberry quartz is clear or colorless quartz with pale to
dark pink mineral inclusions. The drops are close to 2.5" long, and they hang from
approximately 1" long 14kt gold-fill marquise shaped earwires.
